Our Story

High Wycombe's oldest secular building, dating back to 1399, is home to B'Hive. A café & bar where appreciating time and socialising is at the heart of everything we do.

Stop rushing from one place to the next and enjoy a catch up with a friend over a slow brewed coffee or a pot of real tea and a cake.

Small plates doesn't mean small flavours. Tour the world and give your taste buds a treat. From Swedish meatballs to Japanese gyoza dumplings, our Global Tapas towers and platters are ideal for sharing.

With Rebellion beer on tap and a selection of quality wines, B'Hive is a great place for that after work drink or a night out with the gang. Our unique cocktail menu, crafted to spark conversation, features music themed specials as well as the classics.

Music brings us together, and where better to do that than in the loft space at B'Hive. Look out for our regular live music events as well as comedy, theatre, discussions and club nights.

Sun Cutter
Saturday 1st August - 8.30pm

Sun Cutter (aka Kevin Pearce) is buzzed to announce the follow up to his 2022 debut, an Album of the Week on Germany’s Radio Eins which also charted in Apple Music’s Top 10 in two different album categories.

Chock-a-block with soul and folk-infused indie-pop, Jupiter sized choruses, and yearning, cinematic balladry, Sun Cutter 2 is a lament to turbulent times, beginning with a rallying call to shake it off and rise up. “All together we will stand and fight the darkness that has taken up our lives” Pearce sings on opener ‘Union’ , which has been playlisted by Radio X and has also found love on Mark Radcliffe’s 6 Music show.

The Swaps
Friday November 13th - 8.30pm

Beth Brooks (vocals), James Knight (guitar and vocals), and Adam Phillips (guitar and vocals) have been honing their blend of blues, soul and folk for many years in different line-ups but have recently found the real magic (and national recognition) as an acoustic trio. The Swaps build most of their music around Beth’s jaw-dropping vocals and the instinctive guitar interplay between James and Adam. The dynamics and variety of textures they achieve with only two instruments and three voices is astonishing. All three are songwriters, which perhaps explains the variety and exceptional quality of the material on their “SWAPS LIVE” album. Recorded at the Upton Blues Festival in 2024, this is the first recording they have released as a trio. Their new album “Fast Train” is out now.
